This job used to have more pros but now the old pros have turned into cons... For example: -Used to have great flexibility when it came to your schedule. -Used to pay better. -Used to feel like the company valued you as an individual. Now back to the cons that have always been. NO PAID TIME OFF. ONLY MAYBE CLOSED FOR TWO HOLIDAYS. TEAM LEADS SHOULD BE SALARY PLUS COMMISSION. MY CURRENT MARKET ONLY GIVES 1000-2000 BONUS TO TEAM LEADS IF THEY HIT YOUR NEW LINE GOAL. NOBODY WANTS TO BE A TEAM LEAD FOR THAT LITTLE AMOUNT & ITS POSSIBLE YOU MAY DO ALL THAT EXTRA WORK FOR FREE IF ITS SLOW THAT MONTH. ALSO, HIRE SOMEBODY TO BE AN IN-STORE TECHNICAL SUPPORT REP SO COMMISSIONED SALES REP ARENT PULLED FROM SALES BC GRANDMA HAS A PROBLEM WITH HER FACEBOOK APP.
