The contact center offers flexible schedule options. The pay is decent. There are opportunities to advance in the company, but not many in the welcome calls department.
Cons
Micromanaging is major issue here. Supervisors and management are out of touch with employees in this department. The work is repetitive and, again, extremely micromanaged.
