Pros
I have been working for Cellular Sales for about a year now, and it has been nothing but a great experience, especially for a student right out of high school. This is not a job for people looking to just go to their shift, and leave as soon as the clock strikes 5. This is a career for ambitious people, who actually want to go to work and make money. It is 100% commission, so you have to have a competitive spirit. If you are a top performer, you are making some pretty good money.
Cons
It is all split commission with whoever else you are working with, for the most part, so you have to make sure your co-workers are pulling their own weight and you're not the only one selling. You are charged out for deactivations that happen before 6 months of service has passed, which isn't that bad if you actually pre-qualify your customers...
