Cons
Favoritism is RAMPANT. Read that again, because it is the biggest flaw this company has. Upper “management” is extremely unorganized and indecisive. There are unethical employees in visible positions of power who are extremely manipulative and conniving. Management (including the new corporate overlords) are aware but don’t appear to care in changing the culture here, but rather, that production deadlines are met (which they are frequently late, so expect to be asked to work overtime, some holidays, and even weekends). Lots of seasoned employees are no longer at the company.
