Pros
One of the best parts of the job was definitely the people. I had the chance to work with some truly dedicated, honest, and hardworking colleagues who made the day-to-day experience much more positive (excluding the CEO, unfortunately). Their professionalism and support really stood out.
Cons
The biggest issue at this company is the CEO. There’s a clear lack of direction, and it shows every day. Tasks are micromanaged to the point of absurdity - daily updates are demanded, but decisions are either delayed, unclear, or completely missing. It often feels like the CEO doesn’t actually know what to do, and the team is left to figure things out on their own. External distractions (By and from the CEO) constantly pull attention away from the business, and there’s little to no real support for the staff. As a result, turnover is high, and those who stay are stretched thin, expected to fill multiple roles without proper recognition or fair compensation. Unless there’s a major shift in leadership and internal focus, it’s hard to see this company turning things around.
