Pros

If you enjoy being underappreciated while handling everything from onboarding to damage control, this is your playground.

Cons

Micromanagement Masterclass: The CEO demands daily updates on every task like we’re interns logbook - but somehow still has no idea what’s going on. If you enjoy being micromanaged by someone who can’t manage themselves, and like spending half your job waiting on responses that never come, this place is a dream.

Pros

The working environment is one of the few positives. Colleagues are cooperative, and the atmosphere is generally respectful and professional.

Cons

Leadership is highly unprofessional. There is a serious lack of proper management structure, with poor communication and almost no meaningful engagement with employees. Decisions often feel disorganized, and there is no clear direction or support. Employee welfare, benefits, and work-life balance are neglected.

Pros

One of the best parts of the job was definitely the people. I had the chance to work with some truly dedicated, honest, and hardworking colleagues who made the day-to-day experience much more positive (excluding the CEO, unfortunately). Their professionalism and support really stood out.

Cons

The biggest issue at this company is the CEO. There’s a clear lack of direction, and it shows every day. Tasks are micromanaged to the point of absurdity - daily updates are demanded, but decisions are either delayed, unclear, or completely missing. It often feels like the CEO doesn’t actually know what to do, and the team is left to figure things out on their own. External distractions (By and from the CEO) constantly pull attention away from the business, and there’s little to no real support for the staff. As a result, turnover is high, and those who stay are stretched thin, expected to fill multiple roles without proper recognition or fair compensation. Unless there’s a major shift in leadership and internal focus, it’s hard to see this company turning things around.
