      1) Great culture, good compensation, great work-life balance 2) Good benefits

      Cons

      1) The senior management thinks they are building Google or Meta but they are building stash. 2) Nothing in terms of innovation , progressive thinking. AI adoption is good but AI adoption doesn't mean adding AI tools only. The management should know that AI is used to innovate and upping productivity, not for showing others - "Yes , we are an AI first company"
