Nice employees, sketchy company - Analyst Celignis Analytical Employee Review

The ratio of eployees to unpaid (a.k.a. all) interns is WAY too low. More often than not, I was trained on my daily tasks by other interns that has only spent a couple of months longer than I had at the company instead of employees who actually knew what they were doing, which severly limited me on gaining any deeper understanding of the processes that we were carrying out. If all interns suddenly decided to stop working, the workflow of the enterprise would immediately colapse, which is not a good model.
