Biggest Regret in Recent Years - National Account Manager Celero Commerce Employee Review

Pros

Good luck finding them. Based on the other reviews I'm seeing, it's likely they've had management go in and create fake reviews.

Cons

The entire company runs on a 20 year old CRM they had built for the company specifically. There is no way to run reports, set reminders, add notes or anything productive. They then take the leads and opportunities you create (from dust) and funnel them into Hubspot, where tenured employees are able to work them behind your back. The pay was enough to cover half the fuel costs of 20 min commute. Leadership was cool, just not very intelligent or helpful.

Thank you for sharing your feedback about the company and our compensation structure. While some sales roles come with a lower base salary, they also offer strong earning potential through commissions, bonuses, and other incentives. We recognize that this model may not be ideal for everyone, but it is designed to reward performance and drive success. If you have specific concerns or suggestions, please reach out if you would like to discuss further.

Pros

Excellent culture Inspiring leadership Clear growth path Collaborative environment Employee education/development If you are looking into the payments industry, you will learn and grow more with Celero than anywhere else. They truly care about their employees as much as their clients and customers.

Cons

Sometimes it can be hard to enact change that you see fit for the company. Very much red tape that must be passed

Pros

Fast paced, low tech, high churn rate makes it easy to stand out, management doesn't sugar coat where the organization is at financially or from a revenue standpoint, never a lack of work to be done, days will fly by and turn into decades while you cling on for dear life.

Cons

Low pay, lots of hours, revolving door of new hires, little to no incentivation or reward for working hard, organization only awards small incremental wage increases and only assesses market value at hiring, does not promote internally and will fill positions with unqualified folks lacking industry experience while expecting others to plug the gaps. Tooling is sad. The lack of AI instruction or policy is disappointing. The org itself is duct taped together by spreadsheets and fragmented sharepoint folders requiring a geological dive through past employed ghosts who you are surely to join soon.
