Cons
It’s kind of mind boggling that a company of this stature has no idea on how to mentor fresh intakes or any guidelines for them to follow whatsoever. They’ll brag about their flat structure where you take responsibility of your work but how do expect anybody to take responsibility when they vague answers on what’s expected from them. May be a good place for experienced people but a NO for freshers. Nobody is going to spend 8 hours a day to sit idle in front of a computer screen and hear at the end of the month that they did nothing. You didn’t let them do anything. Period. Also they should allow people to work from home. A Scrum meeting can be attended from anywhere.
