The individuals that live there

The way this company is run is horrific. There is no accountability, and the management does not care about staffing or the care the individuals deserve. Management refuses to help out when staffing is short, this in turn causes the care for the individuals to suffer. There is mold in so many of the suites and nothing is ever done. Don’t try to report anyone for anything because management tells everyone what was said and who it came from. I wouldn’t want my loved one to live there
