Pros
Cedar fort has a really solid company culture. They celebrate birthdays, working anniversaries, and celebrate your success when you do well. I'm still friends with some of my co-workers from this job. I felt like I was cared about and part of a team. Even though I was an entry level position when I worked here I always felt heard and like I had a bit of wiggle room to work on projects I was excited by. I would absolutely work here again if given the opportunity.
Cons
I do remember it being a bit of a stressful environment. Just like with every marketing team, there's a push to make the company money and keep pushing that needle which is to be expected. But if you can't handle the heat, stay out of the kitchen. The reason I left was because my position actually handled A LOT of customer service stuff. I wish the job listing had been a little more clear about that, since that's not really my cup of tea. But I will say that the times I was on nasty/rude calls from customers, my coworkers were really supportive and helped me laugh it off.
