Great folks, really care and strive to do the right thing. Take care of their folks too, even in downturns or if health issues.

It's crazy that one wahoo can leave such a bad review, whereas folks that are happy here don't need to brag.. just like social media!

Full disclosure: I'm a Manager at Cech, I believe in the company. Truth be told every company has their issues, and so has Cech. To name a few: ownership, personnel, and technology all changed and no one really kept up. To be frank this is not an easy business, it's almost a trade in itself so expect to learn something soon as you join. That said it's very rewarding and I'd like to think stable. As for all the bad reviews, are they fair? Did folks feel one way or another? Did they do the company right? I don't know. But I do know we've seriously rethought our recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training/development - our top manager is very committed. This year we formalized 3 company managers. At Cech you can become a valuable expert in whatever is needed, and we are hiring. As I remember my first day to where we are now it's been quite a change, but we're not done yet.
