      Pros

      The office is a nice sized, boutique firm. Priorities and culture can be identified as high-design with challenging projects, usually intensive schedules and work loads but with lots of responsibilities, and a pipeline with many projects. The people, peer level and upper management, are great to work with - they are serious but enjoy what they do.

      Cons

      The office's project load is amazingly deep and is constantly staying that way. Schedule and work load is intense, which has its benefits, but can also make a work-life balance a little more challenging to maintain.

      small and inviting _ great management mentor types. Good design! great space to work in.

      Cons

      long hours and periodic unreasonable deadlines. but seriously not that bad.

      Pros

      You get to work on a lot of different projects in a short period of time, so its pretty good for entry level designers to learn everything quickly. Some interesting projects.

      Cons

      Pay is not good. Very top heavy. The principal would micromanage every single detail that's drawn in a set. This is exactly why the firm can't grow. Leadership think they are big shots and don't really want to learn anything new or be innovative. So the design is always mediocre, sometimes in really bad taste.
