Pros
Good People (some of those who might remain). 401k vested from start - smaller than average match though. Covid vaccine is required to go to office (good thing if you believe in science and research) Good number of paid holidays. The company’s mission is very noble (reduce research admins burden). Although, having said that, the product offering is a disservice. More importantly, after this round of layoffs, their vision and mission statements appear to be empty words. This is simply stating facts for those who are also reading glassdoor reviews to look for a better opportunity.
Cons
Products were rushed to the market - tons of defects and VERY slow in cases. Management never really heard or took action when people started leaving or others called out that the deadlines were impossible. Yet those who made those decisions are still at the helm. Working in product development or customer facing roles, you will have to constantly update and change your plans due to dumpster fires in the apps… and then go tell that to your clients. The company just had a round of layoffs due to over promising and under delivering, yet they are hiring more sales roles. Not developers, not IT, not dev support or Devops… SALES! Probably to elaborate more smoke and mirrors as opposed to fixing the problems with the apps.
