      Remote, nothing else. Only talks, no action

      Cons

      Leader ship is there only to prove there existence. There is literally no work for leaders except doing micro management. There is no salary hikes, they want there employee to irritate and leave the company rather than giving appraisal . Nothing to learn new.

      Pros

      Great company culture and you’d learn a lot. Free daily snacks and drinks with Free Food Fridays bi-monthly. HMO Bi-weekly salary payments The company seems to actually care about their staff and fellow employees are also very warm.

      Cons

      Not really a con but I would have preferred if the work mode was Hybrid and not Fully On-site.
