      Great benefits Great salary Strong individual contributors

      Cons

      - Transparency is a core value but not something that is actually acted on by leadership - Extremely high turnover - Little to no mentorship/ growth nurture - Culture is really lack luster. Company retreats have been great but the day to day culture is pretty bleak - Decision making from leadership is all over the place. Feels disorganized - Leadership is not empathetic. Seem to look at employees as numbers instead of people.

      - Solving exciting challenges at the intersection of tech, product and UX - Passionate, brilliant, and collaborative coworkers - Refreshingly fast paced, impact driven focus - Ownership and accountability (no politics or red tape) - Distributed remote work environment - Solid technical, process and tooling foundations for a startup - Fun mixed into the day-to-day, including social/game events - Constant reflection and improvement, openness to feedback

      - Finding more wonderful people to strategically grow the company, the bar is high! - The twice yearly company offsites aren't enough
