Silo working and lack of accountability/transparency is downfall of what should be a great place to work - Anonymous employee Cats Protection Employee Review

The organisation is very good in theory at supporting employees' health and well being, but unfortunately in practice the organisational culture is marred by poor (and in some cases, none) communication between teams and silo working, resulting in frustration and resentment at the inability to deliver workload. This is further exacerbated by certain agencies and suppliers not being properly managed or held accountable. Some of the systems and processes are outdated and no longer fit for purpose. There is also a lack of transparency among senior leadership e.g. I never met/was never introduced to my director, which makes it difficult to trust them.
