      High expectations from day one, and target are the same for any region, with no adjustment to the size or marketing budget of the region

      Pros

      US based staff are very helpful and extremely sharp. The Tech works and is very easy to learn.

      Cons

      Political client is not helping sales. Actual tech is really rebadged from other vendors. Pricing is very difficult to sell. HQ in Tel Aviv; support can take time to respond. I was not comfortable "celebrating" Israel's IDF victories. I felt that I had to applaud or might get in trouble. CEO stating on TV that the First Amendment should be modified. Flying to Europe day before events is exhausting. They do not pay for extra night to acclimate.
