      Pros

      Infant to young kids designer clothing.

      Cons

      New store, no money spent on advertising & signage. Computer equipment & phones constantly needing repair. Employees not treated fairly, unable to take breaks & lunch breaks, lack of scheduled floor coverage & having to close store throughout the day for restroom breaks. Paychecks not accurate, having to wait for corrections to be made weeks later. Schedules never posted in advance & once posted, constant last minute changes made. Required to work whether or not available as per availability, or threatened to be fired.

      Pros

      Only thing i would say was nice about working there was styling and helping the families pick out clothing and the mini melissa

      Cons

      poor managment in store and upper managment. They set high goals (that are impossible to reach) in order to recieve full commission. They dont care about their employees and dont trust anyone. youre monitored all day by upper managment with cameras and speakers so they listen in on everything. Thankful for the job but very stresful with very bad pay and dont offer full time if you are not the assistant or store manager.

      Friendly environment , decent pay , decent hours , spanish friendly, in sawgrass mills mall , high end product. Kid friendly, family friendly

      Cons

      Poor management, lack of management, poor sales, poor leadership, company franchise, owner dosnt like ideas , lack of promoting business work 6 days to 7 days a week
