      Pros

      Very good sales process and well-defined outlook. Management is very supportive and sales goals were always quite reasonable.

      Cons

      Some expenses (particularly mileage) were not reimbursed as much as I would have liked.

      Pros

      not really a pro, just a comment ... speak to those that have been working at CPI for more than 10 years ... which = a large portion of the staff. Then, speak to those that have been there for more than 20 years ... which = the rest of the staff.

      Cons

      of course there are "cons" as well as "pros" in any business ... however, ageism as a con, seriously ...
