Cons
They fired me after 27 years of working at this hospital. I worked overtime’s, overnights, weekends, and slaves for this business to provide for my children. I got a work injury and could barely walk. I was on workers comp, then on short term disability when my surgery got pushed due to COVID. Then they fired me for not working, all because they didn’t want to pay me a severance - so they found a loophole. I am now laid up from surgery for the next 12 weeks during a pandemic with no job thanks to this selfish corporate-run company. If you think they’ll take care of your family and friends- just look how they treat their long-term employees. This company goes against everything a hospital should be: caring about people. I urge you to look elsewhere.
