Pros
Management is responsive to feedback and listen to different ways to improve the unit. They are fairly accommodating with scheduling. Our providers are incredible and always available to help. The work environment is my favorite part about this job. Wonderful staff.
Cons
Holiday pay for night shift is not the same every holiday. Sometimes you are only paid holiday pay for 1/2 the shift and they are not clear on what holidays those are. Non-union (could be a pro or con)
