Pros
Enjoy working to improve patients care.
Cons
McAuley Seton Home Care preaches that they are a charitable organization. Unfortunately they do not know how to treat their employees. Expected to do an intangible amount of cases per week causing you to finish the documentation late into the night as the management teams sleeps well at night. Working 50 to 60 hours a week trying to keep up with caseloads. They do not care about their employees wellbeing and managers do not care to hear any issues. I have been waiting for years for things to improve. Promised by management of improvements but constantly putting the blame on new system implementations or being short staffed. Starting to seem like a mismanagement issue. At the end the patients and my family wellbeing suffers.
