Toxic work environment. Permanent 50% pay cut during pandemic. Management treat staff with contempt. We are at risk of being fired and jailed for leaving our hotel rooms during a layover. Crew who are actively flying are unable to live normal lives in Hong Kong due to Covid restrictions placed upon people who have been travelling overseas. Its impossible to make overtime/ extra pay because operations deliberately manage and cut back our hours to avoid paying any excess. Hong Kong is rapidly becoming a communist country. Its impossible to commute to another country because of Covid restrictions. Do not come here.
