The company provides professional training according to your roles and responsibilities. It seems that they agree On Job Training is essential to a make competent CSO so they reserve enough time for their employees to do so. Most of the colleagues are friendly and willing to help if you need, no “office politics”, just competency.

Cons

If the company could seriously take a look at what the employees did for the company in the front line, they should give them the salary they deserve. You'll need to get up in early morning and enjoy the sunrise on your way to the airport
