If you want to make good career in below the belt politics and bootlicking, it is a good company.

If you come with a mindset that you will grow in this company financially and formally as an employee and as a person in general, please think almost 100 times before you join as most of the people (specially in authority for each teams divided) here have not grown up themselves. Every company has few issues (more or less people adjust to it). This company is an exception, as it believes in achieving new heights in bringing disappointments to most of it's hardworking employees and disgrace to itself. Some of them including fake promises done by HR's, gender discrimination, oiling up egos of people in authority to ask for your own rights and promotions (as we all know some people adapt to it easily, some do it very easily whereas some do not and they never will) and many more. I just made a new phrase while writing this review "Even brass looks like gold from afar but the exception here is brass is also valuable. Everybody likes to work in an corporate structure which does appear lively, motivating and moneymaking. Once you enter the premises here, the world inside is an upside down nightmare.

Have a whole list here. 1. No work culture, they only expect you to work, work and work. 2. Phones are not allowed. 3. Their TLs and managers expect the executive to take permission everytime for going on break, even for washroom break they would want your permission. 4. Floor leaders have favourism for few reps . 5. EXTRA MARITAL AFFAIRS ARE OPENLY WELCOMED HERE. 6. Employees are not heard and their feedbacks are not welcomed. 7. They do not have process, or, they are not process oriented. You have to manually do all the entries twice. 8. You will be asked to do overtime, and they don't pay anything extra for overtime. 9. Those who are planning to start their career with company- I STRONGLY RECOMMEND, DON'T JOIN HERE, YOU WILL REGRET AFTER JOINING. 10. NO GROWTH, there are people who's been working for over 5+ years at same position.
