Regarding the time tracker, since members of the company 100% work remotely, the company needs to protect the information that we share and verify the productivity of each member. We understand that it's not the preferred arrangement, especially for people in the creative field. We do allow people to take breaks even extended ones when they are feeling unproductive, provided it's properly communicated. I hope this helps.
