      Very corporate atmosphere. Numbers driven management. Lack of communication between departments. Poor wage structure. Little chance of advancement.

      Pros

      Amazing experience, the people are friendly, patient and always willing to help out. It's a place of passion. So many areas to dip in and learn new things. LEGO, Pokemon, Toys (Warhammer, Dungeons & Dragons), Video Games, Minerals, Fossils... you name it.

      Cons

      Work can get chaotic and convoluted at times, but it can be navigated and understood with enough patience.
