Cons
You are paid by the company that is contracted. The Insurance company only pays $15.00 an hour, even after 8 1/2 years. I just heard from my Sister (Manager for that company, salary just raised their workers to $16 per hour. Long shifts 12 hours. Need to notify of deployment standby sooner than 1 or two days.
