Pros
Good starting place for someone who is having trouble breaking into the field. In years past it was a great mix of truly wonderful, creative, and bright people who just wanted to help each other learn and grow. The team mentality was strong and built confidence in its employees.
Cons
They have not bounced back since Covid and are down to around 40 developers when there used to be several hundred. They no longer deploy teams and are really just a contracting agency at this point. Pay is capped at below market rates. They will always take at least ~50% of what they charge their clients for you, so if you want to be paid your worth you must move on. Some have had success leaving for a year and coming back but those instances are rare. Layoffs happen yearly but they still run their training program since the newest devs are the ones that support their business model.
