Pros
The pay was competitive, and some coworkers were supportive. The work itself had potential if employees had the proper training, system access, and management support.
Cons
My mother passed away during training, and HR instructed me to take bereavement leave. When I returned, I still did not have the system access required to complete my training and wasn’t given full access until the day before we were expected to go live. Despite these circumstances, my contract was ended. I also experienced issues with my final paycheck, including concerns about my recorded hours and delays in receiving my wages. Communication and support during a difficult time were lacking.
