      Room for advancement, very competitive pay, opportunities to learn more about the paper industry, excellent experience in sales, distribution, and manufacturing.

      Cons

      Unpredictable future, dying industry, can have limited growth for some, poor internal communication, limited thinking outside of the box, rigid when it comes to change.
