Pros
Flexible schedule, laid back, no dress code
Cons
There is no structure to the company at all. HR was one person (until the acquisition) and there are no written (and up to date) guidelines for how promotions should be handled, how bonuses work, company policy... They also do not have any room for growth. So once you work your way to Project Manager or Sales Director, you are pretty much going to be doing the same job until you leave the company.
It is really frustrating that they also work you incredibly hard and take FOREVER to hire help.
Management does not have good communication skills with their staff leaving you in the dark.
The pay is terrible for what you are doing.
