This is the worst CRO I had ever worked at. This company has no structure, no training, the culture is trash. Definitely not a collaborative work environment, and instead of there being accountability for lack of on boarding and training, they try to blame you and tell you you lack that certain skill set. There are definitely favorites, and a lot of older veterans in the industry that are rude, and tough to work with.
