Pros

Good people to work with at the contributor level

Cons

Horrible management. They hire or promote people that have no people skills, are punitive, and will blame when things go wrong instead of trying to solve problems. They feel that you working 50-60 hour weeks is normal. Management doesn’t listen and find their people as expendable. One manager compares people to boxes in a meeting to the people they were talking about. Work there for experience but don’t expect a real career or development.

Pros

The team is incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and supportive, which has made it easy to learn and feel comfortable asking questions. There is a strong focus on training and collaboration, helping me feel safe, well prepared, and confident in my role. I also appreciate the benefits, which support a good work-life balance.

Cons

One area for improvement is the flexibility for new employees regarding remote work hours.

Pros

Adequate amount of PTO and suitable medical benefits and 401K. Co-workers were helpful and good resources when needed.

Cons

Difficult to receive promotions, as site GM, HR, and Global have to approve. No/very small annual increases. Departments need to hire additional support; again, difficult to get management and global to approve, thus a lot of turnover. Site directors/managers had conflicts between departments. Some would intentionally undermine other department heads if it suited their interest. Two directors have personal relationship, which seems to be conflict of interest.
