Pros
Brilliant colleagues, no strict business hierarchy so if you need to chat to someone who is above you, you don't need to go through your line manager. You are treated as an adult when it comes to managing your work load. Easy to have free and open conversations with your manager. Great support network and set up family and health issues.
Cons
Can be frustrating when trying to implement global ideas when they keep changing the goal posts. Feel that Management is not in touch with the basic needs of the customer, or in fact our route to market. Trial things in Asia Pacific, but have no concept of how you would deliver that in Europe and how Europe's landscapes differ to Asia.
