Pros

Some great people in the office, lovely office & location, good snacks.

Cons

There is no transparency at all, people 'vanish' on a regular basis & everyone has the mentality of 'when will I get sacked'. People openly talk about sticking around in order to get a payout. All decisions come from US, local offices just bow down to their ideology regardless of whether it works for us or not. There is very little support - a 'get on with it' attitude even when you raise queries of inappropriate sexual comments or inappropriate religious comments. Staff turnover is incredibly high, causing a lot of disruption and unless you're part of the Senior Management Team you will feel replaceable and typically are replaced. Op's team has been destroyed, only a couple left in the office but with the same workload - no one senior is doing anything to help. Admin staff are treated poorly with very long hours and assumption that they're stupid. Traders are treated better than most providing they're making money, otherwise they just get sacked. Local HR department needs a huge overhaul - very unprofessional team. Pay is average at best, comp is the worst i've ever had
