Over the year, CastleBay has grown on me so much that I will find it hard to replace. CastleBay is run with some good principles, employee first attitude and values that are considered core. Trust is the foundation of employee engagement. Company trusts employees to do the right thing; they do not impose any restrictions, but rather guide employees to achieve technical and personal growth. You will not be bossed by anyone; you are your own boss. Which brings in so much of responsibility and discipline within oneself. I value the freedom to express my opinion and shape up my career. Likewise, everyone is empowered to shape up the organization in our own small ways. It does not matter if it is the voice of someone with 2 years or 10 years of experience - it is the merit of the opinion that counts. The nature of work is challenging, I have never felt that I am in a comfort zone. CastleBay is a very people friendly organization. Work-life balance is actively encouraged.

This field is irrelevant in my case. In-case I have a concern, I have a platform to provide feedback and because the organization strongly believes in the feedback culture, I am sure any cons will be quickly conquered!
