Most of the staff are great, parents are great, owner is wonderful. Facility is beautiful

Office management is terrible. No communication. The office will belittle and bash you. If the office doesn’t like you, they will go out of their way to make your life miserable. If you have to call out for being sick or for a family emergency, you have to call directors residence- which is extremely unprofessional. If you aren’t perfect and know everything and you don’t kiss office’s butts - you won’t be a favorite. Not being a favorite means you will get treated horribly.
