Management not supportive and respectful. They do not seem to appreciate the hard work of people. The environment is toxic

Mostly friendly colleagues good team

No sick pay. particularly bad for a ‘healthcare organisation’ where you have to work with vulnerable people. Means your more likely to come in when your ill and pass on your germs to residents. No bank holiday entitlement (comes out of annual leave). Micromanagement.
