Training, learning opportunities, freedom for independent projects, ability to implement ideas and procedures.
Cons
No diversity (only in warehouse), little benefits (not even maternity leave), ERP system that required standard procedures (great, but doesn’t seem to fit in a family owned style/atmosphere), lack of formality in company culture, so few people company wide with admin access to simple things like updating costs/expenses.
