Pros
- Great colleagues and work culture - everyone is very bright and helpful and wants to see you succeed - The work is interesting if you like tech and finance - Personal development budget - Current WFH/O hybrid model is a nice balance - Reasonable pay - The company is growing healthily with the sense of things being on the up
Cons
- Workload can be very heavy at times; you're unlikely to thrive if you just want a regular 9-5. - More attention needs to be given to decisions that lead to large tech debt or otherwise don't scale well with the growth - Most of the bandwidth and pain is always coming from a minority of very demanding clients
