Company was re-branded due to an acquisition.

The new offices in Tallinn are spacious. There are many professional employees it is a pleasure to work with. The upper management is committed and professional, and have know-how and commitment to continuously improve the company. The working schedule is reasonably negotiable. The company is financially stable and socially responsible.

The middle management used to be quite disastrous and toxic. There have been some staff replacements in middle management and situation has improved dramatically. The staff turnover is above average; however this area has also been improving. The company is not very thoughtful about the employees in terms of monetary compensation. For example I was promised my compensation would be reviewed after trial period, but this topic has been completely avoided.
