Thieves - Store Manager Casey's Employee Review

I got promoted after they allowed the previous store manager to steal my overtime, along with 3 others for at least the last year. They’ve done nothing to rectify that situation, and try to sugar coat the way they decide on payouts. Once I gave my resignation to step down, the RM then targeted my “work performance”, and then would pick apart all my work. Nothing was ok. Everything was crap. Dropped off a “coaching” without a single conversation. I’m sure will ruin any chance at a decent referral if I choose to work any other management position.
