Won't go back there again. - Team Member Casey's Employee Review

Everything was all over the place. Management kept making new rules but not communicating with each other about what was changed. The hiring manager was also not able to fire or write people up which caused issues. And the training was awful, I had to use previous experience from other job in order to function properly. Management also expected one individual to run the whole store kitchen and all. Growth doesn't exist, favoritism was a big thing for promotions.
