Pros
This is a place where effort truly gets noticed. You don't have to have all the knowledge already, if you show a will to want more the company will notice and mold you. It's fully remote work with some schedule flexibility when needed. I wasn't sure to put this as a pro or a con but giving the most honest review I can. As far as pay goes I think it's going to depend on where you live. I live in a high cost of living area and although I won't consider the pay great it's decent and enough to get by. I have a personal relationship with the founder herself which I've never had with any other company. It has many benefits over most other companies I've worked for. If you have anxiety problems and usually struggle with call center work because of it, this one is nowhere near as bad, I can't explain why but it just is. The longer you are here the more the company transitions from a job to a lifestyle, it's a place I want to retire from. What this company does best is one of its core values, simply "Love".
Cons
It gets hard for me to walk away at times and have a work-life balance but the opportunity to have it is there. The benefits although good can be expensive but this has been a growing problem for years now with all companies. It's hard not to get emotionally involved with the clients and the company at times.
