Pros
Some really great people work there. They are leaders in their industry. There is no snobbery or pretentiousness, it's a very honest and results-driven environment. They value hard work. They value and reward good employees. They "try harder". It's very different if your in the field vs in the office - if you're in the field, you'd be hard pressed to find a better opportunity with more steady work, if you're in the office, prepared to be taken back 10 years in how you do business.
Cons
Their culture is very inbred. Senior management have spent the majority of their careers there, and can have a very closed view of how to run a business, despite being experienced in their industry. They move people up the ladder for tenure and hard work, but that sometimes results in putting people in positions of power when they really don't have the necessary leadership ability. Company is overly focused on sales and salespeople (if you're not in sales, you don't matter). And don't get on the wrong side of those with influence, or you could find yourself quickly out of a job. There is a tendency to work hard, not smart.
