Pros
Good pay on a weekly schedule. Really good hours, Every other weekend is a three day. Benefits are very good. Profit sharing twice a year. Yes a person can have a quality life. Management treats everyone the same. Better than average job. They do not hover over you as you work and that is nice.
Cons
Night work every two weeks. Since there is new upper management at are plant things are a lot better. So do not really have any other thing to put down.
