Pros

The management team takes time to make sure you are engaged with your job, that you care about the work you're doing and that you feel like you're making a difference, even if you're just answering the phone.

Cons

I really don't have any complaints, though I do wish that some* managers were more aware of what work flow to expect from nurses and not try to overload them because they don't understand what they can safely handle.

Pros

If you do not signup for benefits, the pay can be pretty good. Self scheduling.

Cons

Cancelled 2 hours before shift, no leeway for call ins (bad weather, sick, etc). If you work for them and decide to quit, they have a ridiculous fee facilities must pay and they do not waive them so it’s hard to find a job after you quit. If you decide you want benefits after applying, your hourly pay is lowered. Texting like for shifts constantly blowing up your phone despite there being an app to pick them up on
